Allos started in 1974: Walter Lang founded a self-sufficient farm on an idyllic estate in Drebber, Lower Saxony, with the aim of feeding his family as naturally and authentically as possible. He made his first fruit slices by hand using honey from his own bees and nuts. He built the necessary press himself and mixed the muesli in the tub.

The pioneering spirit continued and in the following years Allos discovered amaranth, a previously unknown superfood, and the revolutionary agave syrup for organic retailers. 

Whether it's cereals, spreads, vegetable drinks, biscuits, waffles or crispbreads, Allos offers real food with real nutritional value. They use high-potency whole grains and, if anything, sweeten them with alternatives or unrefined cane sugar.  Their food is not only good because it tastes good, but because it is a healthier and more sustainable alternative.
