Shipping and returns
Shipping costs will be free from 80€ in Peninsula and 135€ in Balearic Islands. If the shipment is less than these amounts will be charged 10€ shipping to Peninsula and 20€ to Balearic Islands.
Free shipping will not be available if refrigerated products are added to the basket. Refrigerated products will be shipped by a specialist refrigerated carrier and will be charged €10 to mainland Spain and €20 to the Balearic Islands.
At Alhama we try to deliver orders as quickly as possible...
If the product is in our logistics warehouse, the delivery time is 48-96 hours on working days. Exceptionally, delivery may be delayed if we do not have stock of a product.
IF YOU WANT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN YOUR ORDER
As they are organic food products, which have a shorter expiry date as they do not contain preservatives, we accept requests for returns within the first 7 calendar days from the date of receipt (provided that the conditions regulated by Law 47/2002 on the regulation of commerce are met). After checking the condition of the product, the full amount will be refunded according to the same payment method used by the customer.
IF THE RETURN IS DUE TO...
- Customer's decision
Due to the extraordinary situation COVID does not accept the return of product. For further information please contact us by sending an email to pedidos@alhama-bio.com, or by phone to 965847010.
- Damaged or defective products
If the customer receives the product damaged due to transport, he/she should contact us by telephone at 965847010 or by mail at pedidos@alhama-bio.com within 24 hours, in order to solve the incident as soon as possible by replacing the product or paying for it.
If the product is defective, it will be repaired, replaced or returned through Alhama.
- Wrong product
When the product received is not what the customer ordered, the customer may return the product by telephone 965847010 or by mail pedidos@alhama-bio.com.
- Product with incorrect or incomplete information
If the product does not conform to the information provided by us, the customer can return the product by calling 965847010 or sending an e-mail to pedidos@alhama-bio.com.
The refund will be made to the same card or PayPal account used to pay for the order once it is in our shop. If the payment is made by cash on delivery, you will be asked for the account number and IBAN in order to make the payment. The refund is subject to the product being returned in the conditions indicated above.
EXCEPTIONS
- If the customer rejects the goods, once the product is in the shop we will proceed to refund the amount of the products, reserving the right to charge the return costs to the customer.
- Under no circumstances will partial returns of products purchased in a pack be accepted.
- We do not accept returns of fresh products.
