At Alhama we try to process orders as quickly as possible.
If the product is in our logistics center, the delivery time on working days is 48-96 hours. In exceptional cases, shipping may be delayed if we do not have a product in stock.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF YOUR ORDER
As this is organic food, the expiry date is shorter because it does not contain any preservatives, we accept return requests within the first 7 calendar days from the date of receipt (provided that conditions 47/2002 of trade management). After checking the product status, the full amount will be refunded according to the payment method used by the customer.

-Damaged or defective products
If the customer receives the damaged product by the transport, he should report to us within the first 24 hours by phone at 965847010 or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to clarify and replace the incident as soon as possible or repay the amount ..
If the product received is not the one requested by the customer, the customer can return it by phone at 965847010 or by email at email@example.com.
-Product with incorrect or incomplete information
If the product does not correspond to the information we have provided, the return can be made by phone 965847010 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The refund will be made to the same card or PayPal account that the order was paid for, once it is in our logisticcenter. If payment is made by cash on delivery, you will be asked for the account number and IBAN in order to make the payment. Reimbursement of the amount assumes that the product is returned under the conditions set out above.
-If the customer refuses the goods, the goods will be returned as soon as the product is in our logistccenter, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the cost of the return.
- In no case will partial return of products purchased in a package be allowed.
-Returns of fresh products are not allowed.
